When we explore our personality design it is vitally important for us to also recognize that God is constantly at work in us: “ . . . being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus” (Philippians 1:6). While we must honestly accept who we are today, the truth is that God is at work in us and we must be willing to allow Him to blend our unique personality traits so that our strengths can be an asset to our ministry and our weaknesses are recognized and effort is made to correct them and partner with others who are strong where we are weak.
Using the descriptions on the previous pages list three strengths you feel God has equipped you with to use in serving others.
