A Personality Comparison

One of the great challenges to effectiveness in our ministry endeavors will involve how well we learn to work with others (little has changed since kindergarten).  Since ministry in the body of Christ often calls for us to learn to collaborate with others toward achieving common goals, it is important for us to not only identify our unique personality mix but also understand the characteristics of other personality styles.  Carefully review the comparative chart below and CIRCLE THE ONE IN EACH CATEGORY THAT BEST DESCRIBES YOUR PERSONALITY TENDENCY, then add up the total for each column.  One type is not better than the others!
